Speaker 1 emphasized the importance of showing care for others' ideas to inspire mutual interest. Speaker 2 suggested that asking for opinions and encouraging reflection can make people feel valued and more likely to share their thoughts. Speaker 1 proposes group activities where participants write down their daily experiences and plan for the future, which could include responsibilities and project ideas. They plan to incorporate a project planning exercise shown at an interface to help participants think about their project extensions before forming groups. The approach aims to foster engagement and planning skills.

Action Items

• Have participants write down their thoughts and reflections at the end of the day.
• Set up a "nice form" or process for participants to share what they did that day and what they plan to do the next day, including who is responsible for what.
• Show participants the project planning exercise that was done at the interface and have them do a similar exercise to think about the extension parts of their projects.
